A justiça restaurativa consiste em um modelo emergente de justiça penal, originado a partir da confluência do abolicionismo penal e da vitimologia, que propõe um novo olhar sobre os conflitos originados pelo delito, visando reparar as relações atingidas pela infração criminosa. Partindo desta premissa inicial, o presente trabalho pretende investigar a complexidade da ideia de justiça proposta por Amartya Sen, relacionando-a ao modelo restaurativo. Da mesma forma, buscou-se examinar o diálogo entre constitucionalismo contemporâneo brasileiro com a ideia de justiça e o modelo emergente de justiça penal. Para tanto, utilizou-se do método hipotético-dedutivo e jurídico propositivo, por meio de levantamento bibliográfico e análise da literatura especializada na temática. Ademais, examinou-se a relação entre os valores constitucionalmente assegurados e a realização da justiça, de modo que esta requer a introdução de novas práticas, tais como a restaurativa, a fim de fomentar uma diferente perspectiva sobre construção da ideia de justiça através de uma política criminal vinculada às proposições do neoconstitucionalismo.

The European Union is introducing a mandatory, standardized EU label to provide information about consumers’ statutory warranty rights. This will be complemented by a guarantee label where a voluntary manufacturer’s guarantee is offered.

The purpose of this new regulation is to make consumer rights more transparent and to establish consistent information standards across the European Union. Consumers should be able to see at a glance which statutory minimum protections apply, regardless of the country or retailer from which they make a purchase.
