O presente livro teve o intuito de identificar o histórico do poliamorismo no Brasil, bem como, as normas que devem nortear a formalização da união dessa forma de constituição de família. Tal estudo usou do método indutivo, que permitiu demonstrar a legalidade das uniões poliafetivas no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro, além de pesquisa bibliográfica e pesquisa indireta (doutrina e jurisprudência). Inicialmente demonstrando a evolução da família até os tempos atuais. Após estas análises buscou-se esclarecer a possibilidade de constituição familiar além da monogamia demonstrando a necessidade da interpretação ampliativa do direito posto, além da mínima intervenção estatal no direito das famílias, com a valorização do direito à busca à felicidade. Ao fim é apresentado questões relativas ao "poliamor" para, finalmente, demonstrar a possibilidade de geração de efeitos, de ordem pessoal.

The European Union is introducing a mandatory, standardized EU label to provide information about consumers’ statutory warranty rights. This will be complemented by a guarantee label where a voluntary manufacturer’s guarantee is offered.

The purpose of this new regulation is to make consumer rights more transparent and to establish consistent information standards across the European Union. Consumers should be able to see at a glance which statutory minimum protections apply, regardless of the country or retailer from which they make a purchase.
