Like other urban area land value in Khulna city is also showing rising trend in recent days due its gradual increase in population and socio-economic activities. General criteria affected the land value are location, types of house, other services facilities, floor space, the environmental condition and the level of utility. There are other several criteria that affect the land value; Accessibility to city center and other services facilities is one of them. Land value is depends on various types of urban facilities. The more accessible area for various facilities land value found very much high than non accessible facilitated areas. So there need a model of land value so that any individual people or various public and private organizations can buy the land securely as the model shows appropriate land value on a particular site.

EU Warranty Label

The European Union is introducing a mandatory, standardized EU label to provide information about consumers’ statutory warranty rights. This will be complemented by a guarantee label where a voluntary manufacturer’s guarantee is offered.

The purpose of this new regulation is to make consumer rights more transparent and to establish consistent information standards across the European Union. Consumers should be able to see at a glance which statutory minimum protections apply, regardless of the country or retailer from which they make a purchase.
