In order to attain the objectives, the study used both quantitative and qualitative research approaches for data collection and analysis with mixed research methods. The participants of the study were 31 trainers of woliso TVET college who were selected using purposive sampling. Both primary and secondary data sources were used. The primary data source was trainers of the colleges, and the college documents were used as the secondary data source.

Verbraucher sollen auf einen Blick erkennen können, welche gesetzlichen Mindeststandards gelten, unabhängig davon, in welchem Land oder bei welchem Händler sie einkaufen.

EU Warranty Label

The European Union is introducing a mandatory, standardized EU label to provide information about consumers’ statutory warranty rights. This will be complemented by a guarantee label where a voluntary manufacturer’s guarantee is offered.

The purpose of this new regulation is to make consumer rights more transparent and to establish consistent information standards across the European Union. Consumers should be able to see at a glance which statutory minimum protections apply, regardless of the country or retailer from which they make a purchase.
