Le "Deep Reinforcement Learning" est appliqué à la stratégie de connectivité 5G. Des simulations python sur l'alignement de faisceaux sont présentées (librairies Scikitlearn et Keras). Le "Reinforcement Learning" (RL) est une technique d'apprentissage statistique par renforcement basé sur des actions et des récompenses, avec exploration des arbres de possibilités. Il améliore l'algorithme Minimax inventé par C. Shannon en 1949 appliqué au jeu d'échecs contre ordinateur. Le RL calcule également le chemin de sortie d'un labyrinthe.Si l'espace des états-actions est très grand, le "Deep Reinforcement Learning" (DRL) est utilisé. C'est une amélioration du RL par un réseau de neurones, permettant la prise de décision locale en n'ayant qu'une information parcellaire (problème distribué).Le DRL, outil universel, peut résoudre les questions d'optimisation non convexe. -C'est l'objet de la première partie.-La seconde partie détaille des applications aux télécommunications sans fils comme l'alignement de faisceaux. Dans le cadre des jeux et de la gestion de réseaux en téléphonie 5G, des problèmes de prise de décision et d'optimisation séquentiels sont posés.

EU Gewährleistungssiegel

EU Warranty Label

The European Union is introducing a mandatory, standardized EU label to provide information about consumers’ statutory warranty rights. This will be complemented by a guarantee label where a voluntary manufacturer’s guarantee is offered.

The purpose of this new regulation is to make consumer rights more transparent and to establish consistent information standards across the European Union. Consumers should be able to see at a glance which statutory minimum protections apply, regardless of the country or retailer from which they make a purchase.
