Ao analisar a trajetória descrita por MacCorduck (2004), em "Machines Who Think", observa-se que o desenvolvimento de sistemas autônomos estabelece um diálogo direto com as atuais transformações pedagógicas, onde a tecnologia deixa de ser um suporte infraestrutural para se tornar um agente mediador ativo no processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Essa transição não é meramente instrumental, mas profunda, pois enquanto as raízes lógicas da IA remontam aos autômatos da antiguidade, a contemporaneidade introduz o que Shimabukuro (2024) caracteriza como um ponto de ruptura ontológica.

EU Warranty Label

The European Union is introducing a mandatory, standardized EU label to provide information about consumers’ statutory warranty rights. This will be complemented by a guarantee label where a voluntary manufacturer’s guarantee is offered.

The purpose of this new regulation is to make consumer rights more transparent and to establish consistent information standards across the European Union. Consumers should be able to see at a glance which statutory minimum protections apply, regardless of the country or retailer from which they make a purchase.
