Al centro di questo lavoro di ricerca c'è la questione di come i partecipanti al simposio wertstatt percepiscono lo scambio sul posto e quale carattere di apprendimento è insito nei tempi di pausa. L'obiettivo è quello di ricostruire le diverse prospettive dei partecipanti per quanto riguarda i processi di scambio a wertstatt. Per approfondire l'argomento è stata scelta la Grounded Theory come stile di ricerca. In questo modo si potrebbe dimostrare che le condizioni quadro hanno un'influenza significativa sui processi di scambio in loco. Da un lato, la promozione mirata dell'apprendimento autodeterminato permette la soddisfazione individuale dei bisogni, dall'altro, la gestione dei confini è resa più difficile. Il pericolo della funzionalizzazione delle pause a favore della produttività diventa evidente.

Verbraucher sollen auf einen Blick erkennen können, welche gesetzlichen Mindeststandards gelten, unabhängig davon, in welchem Land oder bei welchem Händler sie einkaufen.

EU Warranty Label

The European Union is introducing a mandatory, standardized EU label to provide information about consumers’ statutory warranty rights. This will be complemented by a guarantee label where a voluntary manufacturer’s guarantee is offered.

The purpose of this new regulation is to make consumer rights more transparent and to establish consistent information standards across the European Union. Consumers should be able to see at a glance which statutory minimum protections apply, regardless of the country or retailer from which they make a purchase.
