Historiquement, la Transylvanie, "le pays au-delà des forêts", a été considérée comme une patrie par ses habitants roumains, hongrois et allemands à égalité. La région a connu un développement distinct, qui a produit un environnement culturel et une identité spécifiques. Le but de ce travail est d'analyser la formation, le développement et l'interaction des idéologies nationales hongroise et roumaine en Transylvanie, en mettant l'accent sur le rôle de leurs dimensions et spécificités régionales. On espère que l'étude des aspects essentiels qui ont profondément marqué le développement parallèle et souvent opposé des deux idéologies nationales - roumaine et hongroise - peut représenter, au-delà de sa signification scientifique, un pas vers la réconciliation interethnique. Un changement durable dans l'approche scientifique des relations interethniques dans la région ne peut être réalisé qu'en transformant les concepts traditionnels de légitimité nationale qui expriment la concurrence entre deux idéologies nationales rivales en faveur d'une approche centrée sur l'acceptation du pluralisme identitaire comme un trait naturel de la vie dans l'espace multiculturel transylvanien.

Ziel der neuen Regelung ist es, Verbraucherrechte transparenter darzustellen und europaweit einheitliche Informationsstandards zu schaffen. Verbraucher sollen auf einen Blick erkennen können, welche gesetzlichen Mindeststandards gelten, unabhängig davon, in welchem Land oder bei welchem Händler sie einkaufen.

EU Warranty Label

The European Union is introducing a mandatory, standardized EU label to provide information about consumers’ statutory warranty rights. This will be complemented by a guarantee label where a voluntary manufacturer’s guarantee is offered.

The purpose of this new regulation is to make consumer rights more transparent and to establish consistent information standards across the European Union. Consumers should be able to see at a glance which statutory minimum protections apply, regardless of the country or retailer from which they make a purchase.
