Moreover, this also envisions the establishment of the Talalora Water Resources Management Board that will oversee the implementation, operations, and management of the said projects. An organizational structure of the said entity is proposed to strengthen and empower the said water-governing institution. The projects¿ implementation shall be carried out in collaboration with the concerned local and national government agencies and private sectors for the smooth and successful realization and implementation of a long-standing dream of the people of Talalora.
