Pourtant, on ne sait pas très bien ce qui fait que la communauté existe et comment les urbanistes et les architectes contribuent à sa formation. Ce travail examine la question en se basant sur l'étude de cas de la maison communautaire viennoise Sargfabrik (en Autriche) qui fonctionne comme une communauté auto-organisée depuis plus de vingt ans. La recherche représente la portée des entretiens avec les résidents de la maison ainsi qu'avec l'un des architectes du projet, où ils ont été interrogés sur la vie communautaire, la perception de l'espace et leur compréhension de la relation entre l'espace et la vie communautaire. En conséquence, 8 facteurs sociaux et 3 facteurs spatiaux, qui ont été couramment mentionnés par les répondants, ont été collectés, catégorisés et analysés de manière à montrer ce qui a joué un rôle clé dans l'établissement et le développement de la Sargfabrik.

EU Warranty Label

The European Union is introducing a mandatory, standardized EU label to provide information about consumers’ statutory warranty rights. This will be complemented by a guarantee label where a voluntary manufacturer’s guarantee is offered.

The purpose of this new regulation is to make consumer rights more transparent and to establish consistent information standards across the European Union. Consumers should be able to see at a glance which statutory minimum protections apply, regardless of the country or retailer from which they make a purchase.
